As a certified life coach and certified Reiki master, I have a passion for helping people improve their well-being. In addition to working in the corporate world, I have pursued coaching and Reiki practice as a side profession. I have a deep understanding of the human psyche and am adept at helping clients overcome obstacles and develop strategies to achieve success. My Reiki practice has given me a unique perspective on the mind-body connection, which I incorporate into my coaching sessions. I provide a safe and nurturing environment for my clients and have made a significant impact on their lives.

Reiki Level 1,2 &3 Classes

Join our intimate in-person Reiki training classes in Gilbert, thoughtfully designed for small groups of up to 6 students to ensure personalized guidance, hands-on practice, and meaningful connection throughout your healing journey.

Reiki Level 1 welcomes beginners with no prior experience required, making it the perfect introduction to the healing art of Usui Reiki. Reiki Level 2 and Level 3 build upon previous training and are designed for students ready to deepen their practice and spiritual growth.

Each Reiki level includes:

Reiki Attunement for your certification level
Hands-on practice and technique development

Reiki Level 1 – Foundations of Energy Healing Begin your journey into the healing art of Usui Reiki with Reiki Level 1 certification.
